Deep draw stamping combines the advantages of metal spinning and stamping allowing for a seamless part that is cost effective for large quantity runs. Deep drawn parts are transferred to consecutively deeper molds to reach a designated shape and depth.
Perfecting deep drawn shapes using a variety of metal substrates is American Trim's distinct skill. Our substrate expertise lies with pre-paint aluminum where we can achieve draw depths of four to five inches with no finish degradation.
